This giveaway is NOT sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YouTube. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold YouTube harmless from any and all liability related to this giveaway.

3. Eligibility
Open to legal residents worldwide where permitted by law who are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family or household members of FSP / FSPFUTURES are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Participants are responsible for ensuring their participation complies with all local laws and regulations.

4. Entry Period
This is an ongoing live stream daily giveaway conducted during this channel's livestream.

Giveaways may occur at any random time during each live stream.

5. How to Enter
No purchase or action is required to enter. Entry is automatic by being present and actively watching the live stream at the time the giveaway is announced.

Only viewers actively present at the time of the announcement and winner selection are eligible. No additional actions (such as purchases, likes, or comments) are required.

6. Winner Selection & Notification
One or more winners may be selected at random from eligible viewers present in the live stream at the time of the giveaway announcement.

The winner will be announced live on stream and must respond in the live chat within 1 minute to claim the prize.

If the selected winner does not respond within the allotted time, is deemed ineligible, or fails to comply with these rules, an alternate winner may be selected from current eligible viewers.

A participant may not win more than once within a 30 calendar day period. If selected again within that period, a new winner will be drawn.

7. Prize
Prizes consist of futures prop firm accounts or similar items as determined by the Sponsor.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash or substituted, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

8. General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time without prior notice if necessary due to fraud, technical issues, or any other factors beyond its control.

Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, internet issues, stream delays, disconnections, or any other errors that may affect participation or winner selection.

9. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless FSP / FSPFUTURES, its affiliates, partners, employees, and YouTube from any and all liability, claims, damages, or losses arising out of participation in the giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

10. Privacy
Any personal information collected from winners will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and delivering prizes, and will not be sold or shared with third parties except as required by law.

11. Compliance
